We created Sunset Sound as a place where our family could step away from busy schedules, slow down and spend meaningful time together.
Here, mornings begin beside the canal, afternoons are made for the pool and evenings linger a little longer around the outdoor table. With five bedrooms and room for up to eight guests, there is space to gather, spread out and settle comfortably into island time.
Whether your days are spent boating, fishing, exploring Pine Island or simply relaxing by the water, we hope Sunset Sound becomes a place where your family can reconnect and create memories of its own.

The home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for up to eight guests, giving families and small groups plenty of space to gather without feeling crowded. Outside, the screened lanai brings together the private pool, hot tub and canal-front setting in one relaxed outdoor living space.
Boating guests have convenient canal access toward Pine Island Sound, and optional boat-lift rental may be available for approved boats and qualifying stays. Fishing, boating, waterfront restaurants and the laid-back character of Pine Island are all close by.

We’re a family who loves time together, days on the water and the slower pace of island life. Sunset Sound is our family home, not just a rental, and we’ve tried to create the kind of place we would want to stay ourselves—comfortable, welcoming and easy to enjoy. We love sharing our favorite parts of Pine Island with guests, whether that means boating, fishing, finding a great waterfront meal or simply spending the afternoon by the pool.
